We want you to love your Curetê pieces, so we have made our return and exchange process as efficient as possible. Contact your Curetê Entrepreneur within 40 days of your order shipment to let her know you’d like to make a return, and she will provide you with a free, pre-paid UPS return label.
All returns must be in saleable, unworn, unaltered condition and include the original packaging and tags.
Returns can be shipped at any UPS store, placed in a UPS drop box, or given to a UPS driver. Return labels must be used within 7 days of the label issue date.
Returns shipped directly to Curetê not in accordance with the return policy will be returned to sender.
How will I receive my refund?
A refund will be issued to the credit card used for your purchase
We do not provide merchandise credits for returned items
Please note, it may take 2-10 business days for your return to arrive at our Returns Center
Returns and exchanges will be processed in the order they are received
If you wish to exchange a Curetê piece, please contact your Curetê Entrepreneur within 40 days of your order shipment. Your Entrepreneur will provide you with a free, pre-paid UPS return label to return your garment and place your order for different item and/or size.
